HURRICANE
SHUTTER SERVICE
Never worry if your house is going to be secured for
the hurricane season, I’ll prepare your house for any hurricane.
I put up & remove hurricane
shutters for seasonal and vacation homes. Whether your shutter system is accordions, panels, roll-up, bahama, or
another type of system, with a minimum of three days notice I ensure your
shutters will be installed prior to the storm hitting. I’ll also remove the
shutters once the storm has passed. I’ll clear the grounds
of any loose
furniture and lock the garage. Once the house is secure, I’ll forward
pictures before and after the storm. I also provide a list of any
noticeable damage done by the storm. When the storm hits, your house will
be secure and ready.
TIME OF PERFORMANCE
The
services of the Contractor are to commence on June 1, and shall be completed
November 31 2009. As time is of the essence, the Contractor will, installed
and secure the property by installing and Removal of Storm Shutters on
property. Each time a hurricane is predicted to pass by West Palm Beach.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Contractor shall do all the work and provide all the
materials, tools, machinery, supervision, relocation and site security,
necessary for installing and Removal of Storm Shutters on property.
ONE-TIME MAINTENANCE
INSPECTION
In order to provide proper Hurricane
Shutter Service a one-time detailed maintenance inspection is required.
Inspection cost is
$40.00 to $60.00. The inspection will
consist of: Assuring that all required hardware is present and in working
condition, cleaning rails and wax. Any missing parts will be the
responsibility of the homeowner.
